Scheduling
All visits are by appointment. Depending on the service, we’ll see your animals on your farm, at a fellow clinic, or at another location we’ll arrange with you. Call or text (507) 829-6594 to schedule, and we’ll find a time that works.
Before your first visit
Before we can treat your animals or prescribe medication, we need a veterinary-client-patient relationship (VCPR). It’s established when Dr. Cassy examines your animals and gets to know their care and environment, usually at your first visit.
Payment
We accept:
- Cash (the exact amount is appreciated, since we don’t usually carry change)
- Check, payable to BRR Vet (no need to write out our full business name)
- Venmo: search for @brrvet in the business section (QR code and details)
- Credit card, in person with our mobile card reader or through a payment link we send you
For amounts over $500, we prefer cash or check, since card payments carry percentage-based processing fees. Prices are the same however you pay: we don’t offer cash discounts or add credit card surcharges.
